Information for Sponsors and Exhibitors
Exhibitor Space:
| Both indoor and outdoor display space is available. The Big Sky Resort can accommodate 60-70 exhibitors and spaces will be awarded on a first-come/first-served basis. Mid-morning and mid-afternoon breaks and a reception on Thursday evening (7:30-9:00) will be set up adjacent to the exhibition area to allow attendees and exhibitors more interaction time. An exhibitor registration form is provided to list your space requirements. |

Vendor Door Prizes:
To encourage conference participants to visit the exhibits, a exhibitor sign-up card will be included in attendee registration packets. To be eligible for a door prize, an attendee will need to have that exhibitor's signature on his/her card. Door prizes will be drawn throughout the conference. Indicate on the registration form if you would like to donate a door prize.
Sponsorships:
Sponsors will receive recognition in the conference program based on sponsorship level. The sponsor registration form outlines the levels available. Sponsors are also needed for several events as described on the registration form. Event sponsorship will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Event sponsors will receive recognition in the conference program as well as vocal and signage recognition at the event. Sponsors contributing more than $500 are entitled to an exhibitor space. Fill out and turn in both the exhibitor registration form and the sponsor registration form if this is your preference.
Lodging:
A block of rooms is reserved for conference attendees at the Big Sky Resort (800-548-4486, 406-995-5000, Fax 406-995-5001) until May 9, 2003. Ask for the Big Sky Greening Conference rates. (Several rates are available based on accommodations requested.)

The Under the Big Sky Greening Conference 2003 is hosted by Headwaters Cooperative Recycling and Ethanol Producers And Consumers in cooperation with the Montana Solid Waste Contractors Association, the National Center for Appropriate Technology, the Montana Department of Environmental Quality, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the National Park Service, Yellowstone National Park and the Montana State University Extension Service.
