Peaks to Prairies Pollution Prevention Information Center

In 1997 the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) funded creation of a center for networking and exchange of pollution prevention (P2) information in EPA Region 8. The resulting Peaks to Prairies Center is facilitated by the Montana State University Extension Service at MSU-Bozeman.

Peaks to Prairies serves state and local assistance providers by providing access to P2 information and contacts, encouraging collaboration, and assisting with regional initiatives. The Center is also Region 8's link to a national network, the Pollution Prevention Resource Exchange (P2Rx).
