*Event Sponsorship - Sponsorship of an event will receive recognition in the Conference handouts as well as vocal and signage recognition at the event. Sponsorships must be committed by January 31 to receive full credit. Sponsors may include a black and white copy of their logo for use on handouts and signage. Indicate below which event(s) you would like to sponsor and whether you would like to sponsor in full (1), half (1/2) or quarter (1/4). (See left for prices. Full sponsor has preference over partial sponsor.)

Exhibitor Details:

Exhibitor Space - There will be two exhibitor display areas located on either side of the main conference area, each offering space for 8-10 exhibitors. During technical sessions, exhibitor areas will be partially closed off by moveable room dividers. These will be opened during evening receptions. Refreshments will be offered in the exhibitor areas during conference breaks . Both exhibitor areas offer an abundance of natural light. Spaces awarded on a first-come/first served basis.

Vendor Door Prizes - To encourage conference participants to visit your exhibit, you may have them register at your booth for a prize donated by you. There will be time set aside for prize awards during the closing session on Thursday, March 30. Please describe the prize you intend to donate and how it should be credited.
